Harnessing AI: Insights from Google’s Leader Exchange

I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Google this past week to share WeSalute’s AI experiences for Google’s upcoming ad campaigns. It was a fantastic opportunity to discuss how we are navigating our “Agentic AI” shift.

Following the interview, I joined a Google Leader Exchange customer roundtable to swap strategies with fellow executives on the rapid evolution of emerging technologies.

As a revenue architect, and Chief Commercial Officer, my focus has to continuously move AI from pilots to active deployments with operational excellence.

My top 3 takeaways from the Exchange:

1️⃣ Culture Precedes Code: Successful AI integration starts with a cultural shift, not a technology shift. We are building internal governance groups not to limit creativity, but to act as a “lighthouse”—shining a path for unleashing it safely and strategically. This has enabled us to empower team leaders throughout our organization to move from pilot to applied business value.

2️⃣ From Efficiency to Incremental Value: The best success stories aren’t about cutting 10 hours of manual labor out of your week. They are about what you do with that reclaimed time. Innovation, by definition, means new.

3️⃣ The B2B2C Agentic Advantage: We are applying Agentic AI to bridge the gap between our corporate partners and our members. We are no longer just a platform; we are an intelligent community where AI orchestrates value for both our partners and the deserving customers we recognize with “A Real Thank You.”
